Ca' del Sette offers contract winemaking and third-party processing at its Gambellara (Vicenza) winery: soft pressing, vinification, ageing, filtration, bottling and storage, with an in-house analysis laboratory and flexible capacity for wineries and private-label projects.
The whole production cycle: white, rosé and red wines, still and sparkling, sparkling-wine bases, semi-finished and finished wines. Every phase, fermentation, stabilisation, filtration, secondary fermentation, is handled in dedicated vinification tanks.
